On Boxing Day from 10 a.m.\u00a0I presenting a three hour show called ‘What Christmas means to me’. This was a selection of Christmas music that is secular and sacred.\u00a0We had\u00a0\u00a0Away in a manger, Peace Child\u00a0and two other\u00a0carols from the children at Ingatestone and Fryerning C of E. Junior School recorded for the show.\u00a0We also hear fifteen interviews with the children Ben Price from year 6 at the school joined me for the first hour. Tim Lee from Brentwood Churches Together was with me from 11-11.30. \u00a0A favourite item was O Holy Night recoded by the Anglo European school chamber choir at Ingatestone Parish Church. The rest of the show was Christmas favourites like “Rocking around the Christmas tree” and ”I wish it could be Christmas every day’ as well as some more unusual Christmas items from Annie Lennox, Elvis Presley and others. The chatroom was busy and the conversations included recipes for turkey left-overs.<\/p>\n
